We get it—your German Shepherd is one-of-a-kind, and so is the personalized magic we create for you. Because every product we design is custom-made with love, we’re unable to accept returns. But don’t worry—we’re here to make sure you and your furry friend are over the moon with your purchase!

Oops! Wrong Item, Size, or Damage?

Mistakes happen (even to the best of us). If you receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it faster than a GSD chasing a ball—no questions asked. Just let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Change of Heart? 🕒

If you’ve had a sudden "paws" for thought, you can cancel or tweak your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After that, our talented design team might already be working their magic. If it’s past the 30-minute mark, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can’t make any promises.

Photo Tips for Custom Products: Quality In = Quality Out

Your custom artwork product is only as good as the photo you provide, so be sure to follow our photography tips. If you send us a blurry or low-quality image, your artwork might not meet your expectations—and we can’t offer refunds or re-dos in that case.

• Upload a sharp, high-resolution photo with good lighting.
• Add notes if you have specific requests, like “Make my pup’s eyes sparkle!” While we can’t guarantee we can make major edits (like adding a smile or closing a mouth), we can work some small magic like fixing red-eye or adjusting eye color.

Remember, all the stunning examples you see on our site were created from high-quality photos. Give us your best shot—literally—and we’ll deliver a masterpiece worthy of your amazing GSD!
