At All GSD Gifts, we take your love for German Shepherds seriously—and that means ensuring your custom and personalized goodies get to you safely and promptly! Here's everything you need to know about how your order goes from "add to cart" to your front door. 

Processing Times

Every item is made-to-order just for you! After all, custom apparel, accessories and home decor this paw-some takes a little extra care.

  • Artist Production Time: 2-4 business days.
  • Once your item is crafted with care (and maybe a little GSD magic), it’s ready to hit the road!
  • We offer 'skip the line artwork creation'. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your dog photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.

Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days after production.

Shipping Costs

We keep it simple—because who has time for surprises? 
We offer FREE shipping in the U.S. on all orders over $75+ (excludes doormats)
For orders under $75 in the USA, we charge a $7.99 flat-rate shipping.
For doormats of any size, we charge a $14.99 flat-rate shipping

Tracking Your Order

The second your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can keep an eye on its journey to your door. We promise—it’ll arrive faster than a German Shepherd chasing a Chuck-It thrown ball!

Shipping FAQs

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Orders are processed quickly, but if you catch it early - within 30 minutes, please reach out to us ASAP at [your contact email]. We'll do our best to help!

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Oh no! We’re here to fix it. Send us a photo of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet! For now, our custom products are available for shipping within the U.S. only.

  • Delays: While we aim for speedy delivery, please bear with us during holidays or unexpected shipping carrier delays.
  • Multiple Items: If your order includes different products, they may ship separately, so don’t worry if everything doesn’t arrive at once!
